2. Refunds for Services:
For services provided by Prettywings Digital, including but not limited to design, consulting, and customization services, refunds may be available under certain circumstances. If a customer is not satisfied with the service provided, they may request a refund of 25% of the service fee upon completion of the service. The request for a refund must be made within 2 days of the service being completed.
3. Requesting a Refund:
If a customer is not satisfied with a digital product or service purchased from Prettywings Digital, they may request a refund by contacting our customer support team at support@prettywingsdigital.com. In the case of services, the refund request must be made within the specified timeframe after the completion of the service. Refund requests for digital products will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
